Membership is open to any person holding the office of Municipal Clerk, Acting Municipal Clerk, County Clerk, or Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners of any municipality or county of the State of New Jersey as well as the deputy of the same position.Honorary Members (retirees) need not pay dues.
